does any one have social anxiety!

I absolutely get this way!! I've had this for about 12 years and definitely get anxious around people. I think it's because I always felt like I wasn't good enough and that everyone would see that I wasn't good enough. But, this is what I have learned over the years. You can't measure your worth based on other people. Your life is your life - don't be ashamed of it. Love your life for what it is - not what you think it should be. I know it's tough, but the more you expose yourself to what makes you anxious, the more you will see that you are ok. You are stronger than you feel - I promise!!
