Hi Ashley and thanks
I think the best thing I have learnt is to take the advice from others who are further into there quit journey then myself also as my Sig says - Believe you can and you're halfway there ?
Congratulations John!
Your great attitude and perseverance got you through the first, tough 100 days. I have a good feeling that this is your forever quit!
we often learn a lot when fighting an addiction, what did you learn?
Ashley
Hi Tim and thank you ... No I would not say it was easy (first week was hell) but as each day passes it gets better we adapt, quitting smoking was and staying quit is important to me I like the returning health and as time passes the smoking attitude fades and today I can enjoy my life as long as I dont light up a cigarette because that would send me right back to day 1 and undo all I have put into quitting.
Have a good smoke free day my friend ?
Hi John,
A BIG congratulations on being smoke free for 100 days! ? Welcome to the triple digits club. ? You seem to have made this sound easy...quitting smoking. For some people, quitting can be easy and for others, they have to struggle, sometimes for a long time before they finally succeed in being able to quit. Keep your quit going and enjoy the pleasures of life smoke free!
Today is my 100th day of my quit journey and its a good day as I don't have to smoke anymore ... looking forward to 500 ?
Hope you all have a good smoke free day
