Hey Jim..

I can not pass up this opportunity to Thank you for joining my celebration and for helping me keep this journey Positive and Fun with your pretty mixed drinks holding little umbrellas while I lay on the beach with the cabana boys dancing merrily around and waiting on me so devotely..It has been lots of fun..You reminded me in the beginning to me keep a Positive Attitude regarding this quit and guess what it worked..Thank you for teaching me this and for you dedication to the site and all of its members..Me included...

I also want to thank you for your advice and your kind listening ear over the years I have been working on my final quit..

When you taught me about H A L T it made such a difference in my quit and more importantly my ability to stay quit..

This passing on and sharing your knowledge is so important..I use H.A.L.T. every day and as long as I pay close attention to how I

am feeling..Whether I am Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired I don't need to smoke I just need to make sure I take care of me and My Quit..

I learned that one has to make sure they never become complacent when it comes to their quit. Thank you for teaching me this..

Roses Congratulations on being chosen for the H.O.F. You're an example to the newbie and old timer alike to take it one day at a time and to persevere in the face of adversity. I know it hasn't been easy for you but it's definitely been worth the struggle. Be proud of yourself as we are of you. Excellent for you Roses.

It's Spring and the sun is shining! It seems to be so fitting to have Roses as our Hall of Fame Winner for May!

Roses (also known as Red) has had an incredible journey these past few years and we are so happy she has shared it with us. She has been a huge support on many of the support groups here and an inspiration to anyone who has read about her journey. She has a special place in all the Health Educator's hearts as well as I am sure all the members. This Hall of Fame win is well over due and we are thrilled that she has finally accepted!

Thank you Red for everything you do. Congratulations on your ONE YEAR and your win!
