Hi,
I periodically have panic attacks, and I was just wondering if anyone has linked their anxiety and panic problems to binge eating. I noticed that when I get anxious my appetite can be overwhelming, to the point where I can't feel full, no matter how much food I've eaten. This tends to only happen when I'm stressed or feeling anxious. My binging starts a horrible vicious cycle also, where I binge, feel depressed from binging, and then beome prone to having more panic attacks because I am depressed. It all seems to be interconnected. Does this happen to anyone else? Any advice or input would be much appreciated.
