I have had depression in the past, but this year is the first time I have ever had anxiety.I have improved significantly in the last few weeks as the weather has improved, and my depressions usually ended in May. I am doing the Panic Center course, and anything else that might help - relaxation, aromatherapy, positive thinking, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, no caffeine or alcohol, and am being prayed for by a lot of friends and family.
