Day 3!  You've gotten past the first day!  You always said that was the hardest - and you've done it!  And now onto 3 days, Mach!  Excellent for you!  Keep yourself busy - read here if you have nothing else to do  - get distracted from your usual routine - go for a run ! - or maybe a bike ride? and see if those nice young lungs start working better already!  Go Mach!
