I'm heading out for the parade today with nearly my 14 months quit stats to strut . It may be cloudy here in beautiful British Columbia, but the snow on the mountains looks lovely, the air is fresh and smoke free, it isn't raining and I have new running shoes that need some action

I'm proudly marching in Greensboro, NC with 1314 smoke free days today! That's like $13k not spent on cigarettes! I like Kaiser's reward! I am at 79 days smoke free...and giving myself a big pat on the back because I made it back from my vacation to Cuba smoke free as well!!!! I did it...I did it...I did it....yippee!
