I did reward myself: baked & ate cake. (no, I did not consume the entire thing!)
I continue to use my Inhaler & distraction. Something that I hadn't mentioned was that I'm doing a physical activity that lasts an hour almost every day of the week now. It's been fun, but hard on my back (yes, I know when to stop). I know that exercise can really help me with my Quit. Also stopping for a "Breathing Break" every once in a while, thinking about how much kinder I am being to my lungs & that soon my stairs won't have me gasping ....
Way to go!!! Keep on following that well prepared plan and those days will keep on adding up! Also, you have reached another important milestone on your journey... Time for a great reward!!! You deserve it!!!
