Hehe on the 'Happy Penitent' Oscar award speech : ) But . . . isn't that an oxymoron? LOL :) No matter - you and Duffis are both well deserving of your impressive Hall of Fame nominations and all accolades the honor(s) entails. Also, I'm thinking there are many bandits who take a much worse mug shot that either of you, so no worries on the 2012 archived shots to date.
Feeling all bold and with a whole year quit under my belt now, I decided to enter a HOF story too. Not sure if I am worthy of the honor, but just in case a 'voluptuous blonde' avatar would tip the scale in my favor, I thought I'd add my own best blonde mug to the board. Now I just hafta wait & see whether the Judges can be swayed by such tactics! Either way - I sure am glad I don't smoke anymore! Cheers too!
It is a privilege to be honoured twice and I am happy to receive the plaudits of my peers on this most prestigious occasion. ( It is an Oscar, right?)
Just taken a look at the first two photos in the Hall of Fame for 2012 and, pardon me Duffis, I have to say it looks like something out of the local presinct's mug book. Boy your gonna have to improve with March I think - a voluptuous blonde perhaps? Well, that may be wishful thinking but whoever it turns out to be will get my continued support and hearty congratulations! (bar one, of course!)
I was the first to post on this thread, however it somehow ended up on your poetry page :-( A little late but I wanted to tell you that I am very proud to be associated with the Gentleman from across the pond. Your contributions to this program have helped so many quitters get on down the road to success. A hearty congratulations on your Hall of Fame award, 2nd time.
