I have a lot of the same symptoms when I'm feeling panicky or stressed, and it sounds like you've got a lot of stress going on right now. It would be a good idea to go to your doctor and explain your symptoms, and rule out anything physical, then discuss treatment options for anxiety. You might benefit from just deep breathing-breathing in and out slowly and concentrating on your breathing, or listening to a relaxing cd, or doing something you enjoy that takes your mind off the stresses in your life. I have found that exercising, even just taking a walk, makes me feel better. When I first start walking, sometimes I want to run back into the house and hide my head under a pillow, but I force myself to go on, and I feel better about myself after I get done walking.
