I haven't strutted my stuff in a stats parade in quite a while... used to be I would never miss a Monday morning stats parade... it's a great way to strut your stuff and feel proud about your smokefree accomplishments!!

I proudly post that I have been smokefree for: Nine years, five months, four days, 2 hours, 19 minutes and 31 seconds. 137643 cigarettes not smoked, saving $20,646.33. Life saved: 1 year, 16 weeks, 1 day, 22 hours, 15 minutes.

I can attribute a lot of my success to this site!

Hey everybody , I've missed you guys.It's about 102 degrees in Houston right now , sure am glad I don't go out and smoke in that heat anymore.

But I do enjoy a cold beer out in this weather !

Good to see everybody marching this morning! Good to see you Duffis! We'll be partying with Kaiser in two weeks! Congrats to Stormy for 5 years smoke free and to R2Q for 46 days! Doesn't matter if you have hours, days, months, or years smoke free, this parade is the place to be!

And OOPS! Today is the 18th, not the 19th. Guess I was too excited about calculating my time to August 20!
