Another great trip Rock thanks for setting this up. I havent been to SF in a long time. Is union square park still there? I will see every one in the smoke free bar car. Come on every one jump on board!
Thanks for checking the weather before the boat ride! It can get chilly out on the water and I am sure we will be feeling chilly enough around the spooky Alcatraz!
San Francisco! The city on the bay! We'll hop on a cable car and see the Golden Gate Bridge, Union Square, Fisherman's Wharf, Sausalito, Golden Gate Park, Chinatown, Haight Ashbury, and Pier 39 with the sea lions! Weather is going to be in the high 60s this weekend, so we'll have a nice boat ride out to Alcatraz! For dinner, we'll stop at Tangerine, a pacific rim restaurant at Market and 16th. I recommend the Ahi Tuna Stacks and the pistachio crusted lamb chops! Afterwards, we'll stop at Harry Denton's Starlight Lounge for a cocktail! And for those wine fans, there's plenty of time for a day trip to Napa!
