I get these anxiety/pressure/tension headaches as well-- tylenol works great...and try meditating...I find that it helps me sometimes if I can centre myself...I know it sounds all 'new-age' but try focsuing on happy thoughts and that may help....
I have been dealing with some whopper headaches that are VERY VERY difficult to get rid of. I did ask my doctor yesterday and she said they are not anxiety, but allergies!!!! I took something last night for allergies and the pain did go away.
Also Tylenol 8 hour extended is good.
i get wierd head symptoms too. like a tightness that wont go away, my scalp feels so tight that i feel like my head id on fire. yes it is anxiety, you would not believe the symptomsi have you would think i was serioiusly insane lol

There really isnt anything you can do except whatever you normally do to releave stress. Its a tension headache, you are under alot of stress with your work as you posted.
This weird feeling in my head has been driving me nuts, and shooting my anxiety sky high. Does anyone else have this? I have been stressed lately. I started a new job, actually 2 in the last 6 months, same company, but just switched positions.
My head doesn't really hurt, I just feel pressure and tension, to the point of being sore. My eyes hurt some. Is this stress, tension, or what? Does anyone know anything that will help relieve it?
I almost feel disoriented at times, a little pain occassionally. I just want it to stop, Xanax seems to help some, but it's hard to take it while working.
