Point Form Journaling

for 14 år siden 0 47 logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo logo 0
Samantha,

I am off the wicked weed for just over 1 year now. Just back from holidays in Antibes, France. There were a huge amount of temptations to smoke put in my path there but I am proud to say I stayed off the weed.

Journaling is something I did a bit of when I was younger. I am going to start it again. It is a great way, in my opinion, of clarifying your thoughts, emotions and plans.

Best of luck.

Scruffy.

Hi Samantha: I think that is what may have went wrong last time. I didn't want to think about anything but this time I will start journaling. HOpe

Members,

Are thoughts lurking in the back of your head?  Is there something troubling you? Write it down.  We spoke about journaling and writing down your thoughts and emotions, yet occasionally, there just isn’t the time, so point form!

Have your fun pad and pen near by!

Did you come to a realization?
Did your mood change?
Do you see a pattern?
How is your mood today?
What are you eating?
Are you angry?
Are you happy?
Did you reach a goal?

That’s right it is all relative!

Take the weekend and sort it out, knowing your triggers, emotions, situations, and food consumptions can move you forward and help better assess your situation.
