hey there, this is my first time on this site but your posting interested
me. about 2 years ago, i couldn't leave my apartment or even go in
the hall to get my mail for about 6 months, but this book REALLY
helped me, so maybe it will help you.

Don't worry, I'm not much of a reader, but this book is short and easy
to read. The whole idea of this book is that; everyday, you do one
thing differently. For an example: everyday, leave the house and walk
around the block....then, after a few days or so, walk two blocks....then
so on. I know it sounds a little silly, but it really helps.
or...if that's too much of a start, maybe..
leave the house and sit on the steps for 10 minutes everyday, then 15
minutes, then 20, then finally, walk a block....
or....sometimes I like to take my ipod with me so that I feel
comfortable being outside, but this way, I can kindof block out the
other stuff.
These are some ideas that have helped me along the way...I hope that
it will help you.
