Left arm pain, tingling, chest pain, short of breath. But all those can be associated with other things too. I know how you feel. WIth the family stress. I had this shower going on and then I find out my mother in law is in the hospital and my father in law, who we aren't getting along with, didn't even call us to tell us. So, she isn't doing well. It adds to the stress. I am so sorry to hear about your mom. Too bad they had to tell you tonight of all nights. And it stinks, you had such a good few days. But think of how much you can help your mom. You have all this experience and this advice from the posts. But it is sooo hard when someone you view as strong all the sudden isn't so strong. My husband was always the strong one, my safe person. He had a bad reaction to wellbutrin when he tried to quit smoking and it caused him anxiety and I had to take care of him. You just keep thinking to yourself, "No this person should take care of me!!!" But, you are a strong person and you will be okay. Yesterday when I found all this out about my mother in law, I thought I was gonna lose it. I really felt sooo out of control. But it got better and I realized that I need to try to be strong. Keeo teeling yourself that you can handle it. I hope you are feeling better. If you really think that these sypmtoms are really a heart attack, go to the er. But try to relax first and figure out if its just the panic.
