Its weird but after i posted last i went to the shop with my boyfriend and i couldn't get rid of feeling like i was falling to the right!! Its just ironic after i spoke about it! Its so scary because i felt like i was going to fall, i had to keep stopping and shaking myself then carry on! It did get better but its weird cos i didn't feel that anxious, just one of them things i guess!
Whenever I get tired, hungry or anxious I always get really dizzy. Sometimes I feel like I am floating and like my energy is literally being sucked out of me. It makes me feel like jello and even though I try not to, it always makes me more anxious.
I have put several posts on here before about feeling like i'm falling to the right. I never actually am but I can't get rid of the intense feeling that i am. I think it is a spacial awareness thing because when someone walks on my right I feel better, probably because i can't see the open space. When i feel off balance though I do tend to shuffle around like I'm going to fall over or something. I know its hard but I've got used to it now. I've had it so many times and stuff all i think now is if it was something serious i would know by now. The quicker i accept it when it happens, the quicker it seems to go. It is always loads worse when i'm tired as well! Does anyone else agree? Feel better soon.
I also have these symptons and went to my doctor. He gave me tests and me being agoraphobic he said I was losing muscle mass in my legs from being idle walking around in the house doesn't count.I sit or lay on my bed because my room is my safe place. The dizziness I notice when I started getting anxious or upset.I have bruises from where I bump into things. I actually lose my balance at times. He did a complete blood workup to make sure my meds were not depleting me of anything. It was fine.I had a bad day today and was crying and paniced and so I laid down when I stood up to walk I walk like a drunk person. Does anyone else have these symptoms that we are discussing?
Internal,
Take the Panic Anxiety Test and this may shed some light on your situation. Take the results to the doctor and discuss them with him.
Hope this helps,
Josie

I have these terrifying symptoms which make me nervous, not the other way around. It's like I get them for weeks at a time. I went to the doctor because I feel my balance is off like I'm falling left and a little dizzy. He thinks its nothing and an MRI was normal!! Good right, but I still feel these distressing symptoms and fixate on them. How can you tell?
