Well here I am on day 7 . Yesterday I got my hair cut, I also got some highlights. We are going on a trip the end of the month. Planning the trip, booking the flight and hotel was the "incentive" to start this quit.
I have been thinking about quitting for several weeks. I need some major dental work done. I went to 2 dentists here.
The least expensive estimate I got was $5,000.00 the other estimate was over $14,000. My husband needs a crown and a couple fillings.
A friend of his recommended a dentist in Mexico. We can take a small airline from here to Mesa. John's daughter lives near Mesa, we will visist her, and then drive to Yuma. We can walk across the border, I booked a hotel .. it is a non-smoking hotel. We can have a short vacation, hotel, dental work for both , and visit with step daughter..
So my incentive, flying, no smoking, step daughter .. non smoker, and after dental work.. clean white teeth.
