You are going to be ok. Something you are thinking about is probably triggering these feelings.
By staying tuned in to what your body is feeling, "listening in" you are watching and waiting (anxiously) for the least little thing that doesnt seem "normal". You are keeping it going by your thoughts.
Now is the time to use those tools, breathing, meditation even if it is only for a minute or 2 go to a place in your head, like you said the other day you found a picture of you and wanted to be like that girl again.
Well you will be there, but not the same. You will be better and stronger once you learn to cope with the anxiety and panic.
Stop fighting and relax, let the feelings come they are uncomfortable yes but you will be okay. You have been thru this many times before and you are always ok.
