Well done on keeping the Nicotine Monster at bay. Keep the good fight up. I am just 1 month off the dreaded weed. It does get easier. I have found that I am beginning to learn new things to look forward to and revisiting habits that I had when I was a teenager. My appetite for food has increased and I have put on a few pounds but am trying to combat that by training for triathlon (just beginning). I don't really care about putting on a few pounds as long as that Monster is under my foot and dying. My sexual appetite has increased also which is a welcome serendipity for me.
Best of luck.
Scruffy.

Well done to you Feather dancer! Hell and Heck are pretty tough going, and it does get marginally easier each and every day now that those two awful weeks are behind you.
What kept me on the right road was the thought of having to do those two horrid weeks again if I caved in, and I certainly didn't want to experience those weeks again for anyone!!
So keep up the good work, you are doing such a great job!

You have gone trough the hardest week! Hang on, and keep ice water on hand. And remember, things do get better.
You are fighting the mental part of the addiction. Just take one smoking tought at a time and you will be fine. Your body is nicotine free. It is your addicted brain the one that needs to let the addictoin go!
Have a great day!
