Sorry you are havin a bad PA.
Ok being telling yourself that you are ok. Take a deep breath in thru the nose, hold it and then exhale slowly, very slowly. Do it again, deep slow breath, hold and let it out slowly.
You are ok, you are just upset and scaring yourself, there is nothing wrong, you will be alright. You have had these a zillion times and nothing ever happens.
You can handle this by letting it come, dont fight the feelings, just flop into a chair, i mean let every muscle relax and flop in the chair.
You are gonna be alright.
