Auntie, it can only get better if you don't smoke. If you have cigarettes around break them up and flush them down the toilet including any smokable butts. You can do this we are here to help.

Auntie, sorry to hear you had a bad day. Just remember that smoking isn't going to cure the pneumonia. Its not going to make anything easier. Keep in the back of your mind that the nicotine is out of your system after 3-4 days. So by Thursday you'll have beat the physical addiction. Josie gave you some great ideas on how to keep your mind off smoking. Try to go to bed early. Your body needs to fight the pneumonia! We want you to be 100% healthy and back to normal as soon as possible! Keep taking it one day a time, keep saying N.O.P.E., and you'll go far!

Today has been a really bad day. I have not smoked since Sunday when I was told I had pnomonia. I thought I was getting better so I did some running aroud today now I feel as bad as did on Sunday, of course that discouraged me and the first thing I wanted to do was reach for a smoke. Thankfully mu husbund was here and talked me out of it. But he has to leave soon to go back to work and won't be home again until next Monday night. I know I just have to hang tuff for a little while and the urge will pass.
Just with feeling so bad again it makes me feel like did stopping smoking really help I know it has just a bad day!!
