i am back from dinner.i had a great time at dinner but i got sick to my stomach after i ate.i cant believe i threw up a 30.00 lobster.my husband is a little upset.but besides that the evening went well.do you think i got sick from the zpack?wellgotta go! gina

debbie,i cant believe that nurse wont call you back .i still havent got my period 5 days late i took a preg.test and it came back negitive.i just took my zpack the first dose.my husband wants to goto dinner i hope i dont freak out again.i am going to take a xanax before we go.debbie i hope you feel better!your friend gina

I am so glad Gina, I prayed for you. I am going to lay down, I have lost so much blood and the pain I feel so weak, everytime I try to eat I vomit, the nausea is over-whelming and I am so weak and dizzy, the GYN never called back, my husband said I have "been butchered" and left on my own, I feel like I am dying, I am so scared! If I could just get some nourishment, I thought when I went to the DOctors I would feel better and I do not, I cannot believe the GYN would not call me for 5 minutes after 3 tries, she does not even have a service, just a cell phone that noone ever answers, Please pray this nightmare ends for me soon, all I do is lay in bed because I am too weak to stand, I hope you are better and your ear is better. Gina, You are going to be fine, right now you are at the "peak" of a panic attack, it will soon be coming down, the anxiety and fear are making you feel numbness and the fear is causing your cortisol in your body to rise, please lay down, put a cool rag on your head, breathe through your nose slowly and exhale out of your mouth, and say some prayers, keep saying "its just panic it will pass" "its just panic it will pass" I know I am having a bad day too, but I am trying to get through it, will your husband or daughter lay down with you and hug you? that will help too, if not you will be alright, its going to pass and come down. debbie i had a major attack driving i felt like i was gonig to pass out i couldnt hear right talk right or even think right.right now i have pain under my left aempit my right hand feels numb and my face feels werid.am i going to be ok?

Gina, I am here! My husband and son just came home from their area games {special olympics} then for some reason I had a major panic attack, I had to go in the bedroom till it eased, the pain and the bleeding have just floored me! Whats going on? Are you in pain? does your ear hurt? did you take the Zpack? Let me know how you are feeling and what is going on, you are going to be alright honey, physical sickness will make anxiety worse, do you have a fever? ear infections are very very treatable and go away quickly. Please write me back and let me know whats going on. Debbie.
