Try and have a rest if your tired, I know when I'm tired my anxiety plays up. And if my muscles are tight I fill up the bath and then I add some Radox (Herbal Bath Salts)Muscle Soak it's called, you can buy this from any your groceries stores and just soak in the bath for however long you want to, make sure your bath is nice and warm when you add the Radox (Herbal bath Salts) Muscle Soak,or you can use any similar ones to this, it's up to you it depends on what you like. But this one I try it helps to relax your muscles and it works, for me it does anyway.
I don't think your husband hates you, Your husband might be a little bit frustrated, he might be like my boyfriend they just don't understand what anxiety is and how it affects us. Has your husband ever been with you to the doctors? If he hasn't try taking him with you next time and get the doctor to try and explain to him what anxiety is and how it affects that person, hopefully this might help. My boyfriend doesn't understand it either, I have tried several times to get him to come in the room with me at the doctors, so I could get the doctor to explain to him about anxiety, and I'm still waiting as he just sits in the car when I'm seeing the doctor. But thats him.
Maybe if they had a little bit of understanding about this condition, I think things might be a little bit different. If you know what I mean.
