Smoking for me wasn't filling any void in my life.  All it was doing was robbing me of my life and my time. 
 
It didn't help me, encourage me, support me or do anything for me. 
 
I now realise that smoking was just that smoking!!!! 
 
Now I have more time for everyone, I am starting to enjoy things more (not thinking about when, where, or how I am going to have my next ciggy!!!!!).
 
Also I am more aware of what is going on around me, and noticing the little things that I would have missed because I was to preoccupied before to notice.
 
All smoking was really doing was making a mess and wasting my life.
 
Thankfully I now realise this, and that make me even more determined to do this quit.
