I know what you mean. I hate when anxiety takes over. I had a going away party for my sister in law and I was so anxious the whole time I didn't even enjoy it. I will not let it ruin my day though.

I am sort of dreading the whole family thing today too, but Easter is such a special day for me I just want to give it to God and not anxiety and panic, ya know?
Well, I am not pregnant yet... but plan to become so very soon. Nevertheless, I pray for my health and my unborn baby. Today I am feeling a little anxious about being with family. I like my family though. Just having thoughts about not panicking around family. Most of them have no idea about my problem, except for close family like my parents and sister. I considered playing sick and staying home but I know I have to cope and not run away from my problems. The more I put myself in uncomfortable situations, the easier it will be. Debbie, Sounds like you are feeling better and keeping busy. I hope your day goes well. Was your son happy about his easter basket? I made one for my husband! He was very touched. I feel very lucky to have him. How old is your son? The holidays are so much fun with kids. That is why I enjoy going to see family, see the kids have fun. Lauren, I just read your post on the other discussion. You said you have praying for your unborn baby? Are you pregnant? If you are I am so very happy for you!! I will pray for you and the baby. This is very exciting news how wonderful for you. Thank you for your letter, I am better now, for some strange reason nightime is better than days for me and I don't understand it. I went to church tonight, colored eggs with son, prepared his Easter basket and I am making a ham dinner tomm, I feel much much better, I am going to practice "cope and calm" church was so beautiful tonight, I lit a candle for everyone on this great site.
