Thanks for the support guys! Six months ago I could NEVER have imagined truly living my life without smoking. Now I can. I'm so happy to tell our newbies that this journey REALLY does get better...and better...etc. With all the wonderful people here at SSC, this dream of being smoke free can become a reality.

Last week was a week of stress!!!!! Hubby had successful knee replacement surgery, my sister came to visit, ending up with VERY bad bronchitis, and my pregnant daughter came for the week to help out and see her dad, and she ended up with muscle spasms in her hip and leg. I took care of them, made meals, ran back and forth to the hospital. And the nice part in all of this????? Not one thought of smoking entered my mind! Now, that's what I call fantastic! I really feel like a non smoker now. Hubby came home today and my sister and daughter left on the weekend. Today is hubby's birthday...and I'm the one who's relaxing!!!!
