Wow, I'm still pinching myself. This has been a real turning point for me. To honestly feel like a non smoker...who woulda thunk it????? I would love to pick the next destination for the quit train. Hmmm...how about...Nova Scotia. The east coast of our country is beautiful. Its been a while and I'd love to go back. So...Nova Scotia, here we come!

Very nice - it would seem that smoking is no longer a mechanism you need to deal with stress. That is HUGE!
