Hi Beckylynn, how are you doing? A few days before I hit a "milestone"... like 30 or 50 or 70 days.. I get urges... I 'm not sure if they are strong enough to call them Craves.. they pop up.. and can get quite frustraiting at times..
hang on tight.. they will go away... thoughts still pop in when least expected.. and you think where did that come from.
but Remeber quits are LOST with one puff... there is NO such thing.. so stay strong.
I remember my first 30 + days... I got through them, but I am in NO hurry to repeat them
just tell yourself every mornng... Today I will Not smoke. Find the parades and quit trains, shout out your stats.. and don't forget to reward Yourself... often..
Bonnie
