You will make it through.  You have come this far and you know how to cope with the nicodemon.  You just have to put on a little more armor and stand up to him.  As far as the flashes, I know exactly where your at.  Dress lightly and drink lots of water.  They will pass as well.  Try Soy products, they seem to help me with the flashes.  You are doing great don't look back just keep your eyes looking forward and on the right path.

You are doing great and I am very proud of your accomplishments.  You are an inspiration to me.

This is the longest I have been smoke free in 25  YEARS!  I'm off the patch now(nearly 2 weeks) and am taking 1/2 the dose of Zyban.  There have been a few peaks and valleys along the way, but I have to say everything has been running pretty smoothly.
...until this morning.  I got up at 6am, usual routine, came downstairs to a VERY untidy kitchen.  My son made himself a very generous midnight snack after baseball, and left the evidence to prove it.   Hubby's knees have been really, really bad the past few days(he's having double knee replacemant starting in July), and me, well, hot flashes and mood swings are camping out at my door right now.  AGGGHHHH!
I know I have some spare time today, so guess what, its back to basics a day or two.  Luckily Victoria Day Weekend is two days away.  We plan to garden, etc.  I'm pulling out my "lay low" bag of tricks until this subsides.
And through it all, as much as that damn nicodemon thingy is knocking at my door, it feels wonderful to know this is the longest I've gone without a cigarette in a very long time.
And that...is the best news I could ever ask for.

Cheers,

Jan
