hi, hyperchonvinced, my problem with the gym is i get attacks when i am done working out . there is something about when my hearts beats fast that freaks me out . i used to go to the gym 6 days a week. than once i had a panic attack at the gym its hard for me to go. god knows i need it! i pay 65.00 a month and cant get there. thanks for careing, gina

Hi Gina, Sending good vibes your way. If the panic starts up again when you try to go to the gym just go with it (relax your body and do the breathing, keep telling yourself that you will be ok, this will pass) HARD to do believe me I know but you can do it! sending prayer

Awww gina, what exactly is the biggest fair about going to the gym? Cos I couldn't goto the gym for about 2 years because of worrying about everyone watching me. There is one thing in the world that calms my anxiety and panic attacks, and that is working out - it releases something in my body that gives me a great sense of well-being. I have come to realise that people are too busy with their own workouts to worry about me. Try going to the gym with no intentions of doing anything at all - just go there to get adjusted to it all and watch other people without staring too much. Try to set goals :)

this morning i got all ready to go to the gym. start having an attack so i tould my self i will go tanning first and relax then go to the gym. well after i got done tanning i couldnt get my self there. as soon as i gave on going to the gym my paic went away. i am going to try to go later. pray for me! gina
