When I'm stressed it depends on the stress. Sometimes I get on the phone with my ear plug and talk and clean my house. Sometimes I'm in the kitchen cooking. But the best thing for me that keeps stress at bay most times is good old fashioned exercise.

It seems that a lot of us are trying to figure out a good way to cope with stress. So I think everyone should post what they do for stress. Just to give new ideas to those who are trying to cope.
I use deep breathing as I walk outside.
