What can I say? Thank you all for your kinds words, wisdom and humor. It meant and still means a lot to me. Each of you has helped me more than words can say. A few of you have been with me since I came to the site and others have been with me a short time.
There were days I would come here and laugh my rear off, and there were days a post would pull at my heartstrings and then there were posts that gave me comfort and hope. That being said there is always the commitment that each of us bring to our own quits. For some of us (me) there were many attempts before we were able to put any amount of time into our quits.
I wish I had the answer to how to quit and stay quit, but all I can do is make a daily commitment to stay smoke free. To say that I will never ever smoke again, I cant, but I can say I will not smoke today and if I do that everyday then. :) If I do what I am suppose to and that is ask for strength in the morning and grateful thank you in the evening then all is good.
Now for my reward, I nothing I really want at the moment. As some know I got Mr. Kitty for my six months and he still is giving me more than I thought possible. Mr. Kitty is a daily reminder of why I want to stay smoke free. So my reward today is celebrating with each and every one of you. So give yourself a high five and big hug and stay committed for one more day.
THANK YOU ALL SO VERY VERY MUCH!!!!
