I still cant believe I am a non smoker wow I had to go to Knoxville last Thursday for a business trip and I rented my first hotel room that was NON Smoking I was so proud of that I still have some cravings but nothing like the first week I am scared that the craving will sneak up on me and hit me hard though I guess just take one day at a time I am proud of my 3 weeks :)
