Fred,
Congratulations on making it through your first week and 1 day! That is a huge accomplishment and you've made it despite everything else that is occurring in your life right now. Thanks for the update and keep going strong.

Fred, You are doing AWESOME in the face of much stress. A road trip can be stressful by itself. Keep up the positive mental attitude, I just know you are going to be a star!

Way to Go Fred. Traveling can be pretty stressful, and then a family member with health issues. etc. Glad you are doing so well.
I am not letting my guard down.. but we get ourselves pretty worked up.. and make it so much harder on ourselves...
Keep going .. the hurdles will be there. but you are doing so well getting over them. No is not so hard to say as we think it is.

Welcome back Fred! Glad you had a good trip and even more glad you've made it through that first week, hell week.
Hope your mother-in-law will be OK.
I use the patch as well, and find that it takes the "edge" off.
Keep your quit going strong.
Cheers, Jan
