Lainey and Deb - good for you!
Excercise has been one of the most challenging habbits for me to get into! I'm still working at it though.

I am big with the crunches too Lainey--i find them helpful. I recently added pilates to my work-out and this also seeems to tighten the mid area as well. I find exercise to be one of the most helpful in my bag of anti-smoking tricks. (It helps me with the anxiety & depression that seem to come with the quit)--also helps with occupying the mind for a bit of time..I have always exercised--but seems to help more than ever now. Still gaining some weight though; but I'm thinking it's a trade-off for the whiter teeth and better complexion....

Tubbies, crunches work great for the tummy. I do them each morning after my walk (when my muscles are warmed up) and three evenings a week when I do weights. They work great! :) And they don't cost a penny!

If you're losing weight slowly and doing some light weight training, you shouldn't have to worry about a saggy tummy.
