Hi all, I'm having to toot my own horn here. The nurses at work all say, oh, 80 days? You're done with smoking now. My husband quit drinking 7 years ago and I think he (conveniently) forgets what it was like to struggle in the early days. My coworkers don't give a sh*t, my friends never smoked and so don't come close to understanding, my boss has changed my entire assignment to one that's way less than what I've been doing for years, and I'm feeling quite underwhelmed at the moment.
I feel really good in my quit; I feel strong, calm, and committed. I just think it would be nice to get some positive feedback.
