Hello Tiny,
I know sometimes it seem that the solution would be to have one.
But you see, the problem is you cannot just have one, and it will not solve any problems that you might have.
Try distracting yourself, do you have someone to talk to, maybe try going for a walk, drink some water, exercise, watch some tv.
But please don't smoke, you would feel so sorry after, specially since like I already said it will not change the situation.
I went through a couple real tough situations last year, and smoking was not an option. It was not an option simply because it would not have changed a thing.
Please post and keep us updated.
I hope this helps you some.
Be strong, be tough, beat the nicodemon and send him on his way to h--l. That is what he deserves.
