Thank You Mr. Ed. :) Yes it feels good. Yesterday was really tough for me. I was just feeling very blah and having mad cravings but I didn't cave. I keep my mind as busy as I could and read a book in a day. ;p that helped allot and I think I had like 5 oranges. I found myself coming on this site throughout the day but didn't post. I didn't want to post incase I slipped. I know how dumb does that sound but that was my logic yesterday. Maybe if i came here and posted it wouldn't have been that bad. But I made it though the day and didn't smoke. It's funny because when I say to someone that I want to smoke their fist question is what happened? and My answer is that nothing happened, nothing has to happen for me to want to smoke. I guess that's the joy of being addicted to something. I never realised that until this quit. It's not the situations that you are put in it's how you deal and react to them that makes all the difference. And I am almost starting to believe it. When I look at my own stats, I can boast over 100 weeks! But none of them, apart from MY first, can compare with FRANKIE's achievement - the completion of Hell Week smoke-free. Congratulations FRANKIE and remember, if you can get through Hell Week smoke-free, you can get through ANY week smoke-free! :) My Milage: My Quit Date: 2/13/2006 Smoke-Free Days: 769 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 23,070 Amount Saved: 5,767.50 Life Gained: Days: 125 Hrs: 7 Mins: 51 Seconds: 56
