You are probably home now, but I want to tell you what a fantastic job you have done by coming here and asking for help. You may not know it, but this struggle will only make you stronger when this sort of thing happens again. You will be able to look back and say, I did this before, I can and will do it again.
Use deep breathing, mints, gum, water, ice chips, food, straws, stir sticks, or a friend of mine used unpainted golf tees...and then there's my favorite: GO SHOPPING! [IMG]http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p300/DeeKaySss/birdsuitcase.gif[/IMG]The malls are all non smoking now, and you can get anything from a latte to a full outfit, and feel good about it because you are using your saved money
