Grats Kathymeg, You are going to be around here a long time. You just look like a winner to me.

Thanks Mr. Ed and rockstar! This will be my first smoke-free Easter in 32 years. My parents who are both 77 years old quit smoking about 10 years ago. This year I won't feel guilty about lighting up at their house. Have a great smoke free Easter!!

KATHYMEG,
That's the hardest bit over. There's still some climbing of the mountain to go but it should get a bit easier from now on..
CONGRATULATIONS! :)

:)Thank you so much Goofy, actually I've had a very good week. I get the first thing in the morning cravings and the right after dinner cravings but that's about it. I don't really think about them much and I only used the inhaler once yesterday. I can't wait to hit my one month mark!!
Happy Smoke free Easter to all!!!
