Hi Phil - thanks for being honest. I know a couple ex-smokers where I live that have both been quit for a couple years and go through some real rough periods with craves still. I think it is helpful for me to know that it may happen down the road so one isn't so taken back if it does.
Jacqui - If it any consolation I too seem to go in some sort of cycle where things are great and then a few days will be very difficult and then so on and so on the cycle repeats. I don't have a magic answer yet but I think our numbers are getting up there and time will help us level out soon. Hang in there.

Thougyth i should let you all know i am still here LOL... still not smoking.... the thouhgts are still there though... and i am doin the self talk crap.... I do not smoke YAY... i do not NEED a reward like SMOKES when i finish work the reward is fininshing work.. YAY i have done soo well...
