I would say all the facts that my quit meter presents to me keeps me going on days when i wanna think again about my quit. Smoking is something that i liked doing. The smell, the money, the habit and health concerns are the parts that i didn't enjoy. So...reading a quit meter like yours makes me want to get as far as you have to see those great results!
