I said this a while ago, so sorry to you oldbies for repeating myself, but you should buy yourself a biofeedback card - it has a heat-sensetive strip which measures your stress level through the temperature of your skin. What you do is use relaxation exercises to reduce your stress, and, with the information from your biofeedback card, eventually teach your body to relax on command. This isn't a very good explanation, but I can assure you that it works fairly well.
