Good for you, Terry!
If you can get through one day, you can get through another! Just have your coping strategies in place for the next few days. And plan rewards for strategic times of day.
Welcome back, Josie!

I had to start a new thread, that other one was taking forever to load for me.
Aloha, it's been at least 4 years when I quit for 2 or 3 months, prior to that a couple of quits totalling close to 2 years in 35 years.
I can't believe it, it's 6PM and I am really going to do this for an entire day. Wohoooo. I feel safe here in the house, I really would love to lock myself in for the next 2 days but unfortunately I have to pay the mortgage.
Terry
