Ichooselife, Most of the withdrawal symptoms you've described are normal. The dizziness although not standard can be attributed to the dizziness or to Champix if you are taking it. If the nausea continues or worsens, you should consult your doctor. Please be kind to yourself in the days to come. I take St Johns wart and Vit B to help. There are a lot of posts about this, trust me, your not losing it. Yes, nausea is a symptom. Everything that you've described is completely normal, unfortunately. Just try to be kind to yourself. Take a nap, if you can.....watch a movie, or your favorite tv show. Tell your family, friends and boyfriend to be patient with you and that you need their support. The first few weeks are the hardest, but it does get better. Hang in there. You can do it! Are you on Champix? That would account for the nausea if you are. Always try to take the pills on a full stomach... Anyway, this is your 5th day and you've just passed the mark where the nicotine has left your system... watch out for stressors and anxiety-makers... hey guys, I feel awful today, feel dizzy, disorientated, cranky and sick to my stomach. I'm a bit down hearted, I'd hoped today would be a good day. I'm finding it hard to lift myself out of doom and gloom and be happy that I'm into my fifth day, at times I really miss them. I'm not getting much support at home, people forget and are snappy with me and I do not want to get into an argument. My boyfriend was a bit harsh with me last night and hurt my feelings and as soon as the words came out of his mouth, the little voice in my head was saying, thats it, you have an excuse, go get cigarettes! Only reason I didn't go was because I was in my pyjamas and it was cold out. I suppose thats good though cos while I was a smoker, I would have gone out at 4am in a blizzard to get my fix. I hate feeling miserable.
