One more try,
Have you tried talking about it? Is a compromise possible such as containing the smoking to one room of the house or better yet outside?
Congrats on your first month, you should definitely reward yourself generously!

You are doing great One more try!
Remember we are never dealt more than we can handle. Your situation could very well be a blessing making you stronger and less vulnerable when it comes to other smokers down the road. Do what you need to do to keep this awesome quit going. Very proud of you!

If he's smoking in the house or in front of you ask him if he would mind doing it elsewhere as it bothers you.Just remember if he wants to ruin his health thats his problem not yours.Failing that nail him with a cast iron fry pan for smoking .

You know what, you are doing great Girl, it's very hard to give up when you live with someone who still smokes it takes a lot of courage and strength but you did, you have stopped so you are strong just take it one day at a time you'll win.

Thank you for keeping me in line! I still need a lot of help. I am holding on, although not very strong. I am finding it very difficult at home. I can go all day at work, no problems at all. But, as soon as I get home....or as soon as I see my husband, I should say, the cravings hit me hard! (because he is still smoking...and I am having such a problem with that!!!) I don't know how to get over this.....???
