Jacqui, you clearly don't want to blow it, hence you're here. Think about the reasons you're feeling down and decide whether smoking a cigarette will improve them. I'm sure the answer is 'it won't'. So don't. Some days do suck, but people will always tick you off, things will always go wrong and bring you down, stress will always creep in, whether you smoke or not. Please choose the not, don't throw away a 101 day victory! You've made it to the beach, and I suspect you may be experiencing a milestone crave...'how can I celebrate without that cigarette in my hand?'
