So my biggest trigger is drinking with friends. I think thats how I got started in the first place. Anyway, I am 100% fine when there is no social situation with alcohol. However, when I 'out' with friends at a party or at a bar I almost always slip and have 1-4 cigs. If there are 2-3 consecutive nights like this - I get into real trouble. This sums up my smoking cycle, 3-6mos quit then a few 'celebrations' later I'm hooked.
Anyone else like this? Gum doesn't work with beer, and its hard to just 'walk away'. Any advice on my problem?
