Hope everything is going well for you. Yes sitting by someone who just came in from a smoke, icky!!! I had one sit by me at my Thursday meeting you could tell she had smoked all day. Grossssssssssssssss :eg: Sad part is she didn't even know she smelled, nor did I until I quit. Hang in there.
Keep the Quit

Hi Terry, Hang in there. I was worried about the same thing, I was getting close to my quit day.. and thought how am I going to cut down.
When I smoked.. I didn't get the "rush" or feeling from the nicotine.. just like inhaling.. air... so I worked with that. thinking why am I puffing on this. I had even planned on the "straw" if I needed it..
It is totally easy for me either.. but I take some deep breaths.. and think wow I can breathe easier. I tell myself how much better I can smell ..all the good little things. and I distract myslef.
When I was cutting back, when I wanted one.. I would say.. oh in 5 min if I still want it I will light up.. put it off a little.
Take Care and have a great friday!

My life these day's is pretty stress free including work because I try not to let things stress me out. There is really no sense in it, it doesn't do one good thing for anyone :) So when my friend died there was a total stress factor and it is gone now. My quit day is way too close. LOL Trying cut back way back today.
